Important Information

  • Rebate is valid on material only and does not apply to prior purchases and cannot be combined with other offers. Rebates will not be honored on cancelled orders. First quality, qualifying products only. Not valid on area rug purchases, remnants, off goods or promotional goods.
  • August 30, 2024, is the deadline for consumers to submit their rebate. A copy of the retail receipt must show proof of retail purchase between April 19 - May 30, 2024, in order for the rebate to be valid. Mail-in submissions must be postmarked by the deadline date. Online submissions received after the deadline date will not be processed.
  • Rebate requests can only be submitted after flooring purchase has been installed.
  • Limit one rebate redemption per name, address or household.
  • Submissions must be filled out completely and valid information is required for processing. Consumers will receive a confirmation email when their rebate has been received. If the consumer does not receive a confirmation email, the rebate submission is not valid and will not be processed. See Need Assistance section for customer service support.
  • A copy of the retail receipt/proof of qualifying retail purchase is required. Order acknowledgments, packing slips, and flooring estimates are not valid proofs of purchase. Keep copies of all materials for your records.
  • Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing online submissions (recommended), and up to 8 weeks for mail-in submissions. Rebate will be issued in the form of a check and mailed to the consumer.
  • Valid only at participating Shaw Flooring Network Retailers.

($0.22/sq. ft.) on soft surface products or $0.12/sq. ft. on hard surface, up to $500 USD. Rebate is valid for purchases during promotion period: April 19 - May 30, 2024. Rebate subject to change or cancellation in whole or in part without notice. Rebate cannot be combined with any other manufacturer’s offer. No duplicate requests accepted.
